EMAIL FROM "Paypal" requesting feedback on Paypal's resolution process

Hello all
Recently I did request and escalate claim to paypal for few claim cases, and some of them have been resolved by paypal.
Today I am receiving email supposedly from Paypal. I am bit worried because it requests me to click on one link, because I am not sure if this is really from and for paypal purpose.
I immediately login into my paypal account and there was no such notification in it. I am just curious if Paypal does actually notify me in one's paypal account for such a request or it is always done through the email?
