Does anyone know how long it takes for a refund to be issued? I have refunded someone a payment they made through depop and it just says pending on my paypal summary. I need to let the buyer know how long it will take to go back into her account.

If you have enough PayPal balance on your account the refund will be completed straight away. If there is not enough balance we would need to take the money from your bank before we can complete it. This can take up to 7 business days.
I hope the refund is completed in the meantime :).
