I ordered a battery 25/12/17 from Flying Gadgets I have not had it paid by PayPal. FG wont refund stating claim off PayPal the system states a dispute cant be opened for this transaction I have contacted PayPal but keep getting the same generic e mail which is bloody frustrating How the hell do you contact a human being

How did you pay in the first place if your transaction was 'not covered'?
Which option did you use or was it their website checkout?
