Hi im trying to get in touch with customer service ive now been on hold 2 hours is anyone actually working there as they have put limit on my account and i want it removed as the responce is not working

For claims, hours of operation are: 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 6.30pm Saturday; 9am to 6.30pm Sunday.
For limitations, hours of operation are: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 8am to 6.30pm Saturday; 9am to 6.30pm Sunday.
