Hi there,
I have paid for accountancy services and the accountant never did the work, I have emails from him confirming that fact however, I can't seem to upload them on to the resolution centre, since the case is under review by Paypal ( for the last 3 weeks). There is no communication between me and the seller on the resolution centre so I am not sure how Paypal are reviewing the case. The seller escalated the case to a claim, hence why it is under review.
I am abroad at the moment and can't call Paypal to explain the situation and can't seem to find an email address for them to use.
Can anyone advise me on what to do?

Hi blusky,
Sorry to hear that you are having such trouble with this. If you are unable to call I would recommend to click on the contact/help option at the bottom of every PayPal page and send us an email. In your email you can advise that you would like to upload additional information or you can copy the information and put it in your email. I would not recommend to add attachments in your email as it may get returned. Once your email is reviewed it can be added to the case for you.
