Hi, i am awaiting refund from ebay for an expensive item (mobile phone) . In the meantime , somebody got access to my card details and did fraud dealing, so the bank had to block my card. I have paypal wallet and my bank account as the other methods of payments but the item was purchased from my debit card which is now blocked. What can i do to ensure i get refunds smoothly?
