Why some payments go straight away I your account and the majority's on pending?

 Why paypal have volunteer advisors and do not pay an employee to reply to questions from members?

I’m sorry to hear that some of your transactions are not available instantly.

 

Are you a new seller? If yes, this may be the reason why some of your incoming commercial transactions are being held to ensure item’s delivery.

 

I would recommend you adding tracking number to each PayPal transaction number as this will speed up payment release.

You can also learn more by typing ‘Funds availability’ in your Help Centre.

And thank you for helping me with your answer in winning my argument against an ill informed volunteer advisor.

So the reason could be because I am a new seller.

I am not and I add tracking on eBay.

On paypal I try to add tracking all the time.

As always he don't work.

I leave tracking number, when I check is gone.

Another trick?

I informed of the fact paypal and nothing done.

By the way, the complaints from does not work .

Always come error when I press my name.

Lol

I think I remember my name.

Maybe this is why you can show a record with few written complaints.

People try, does not work, they use the phone and jam the lines.

Do you use your PC or laptop? What web browser do you use? Have you tried another web browser like IE or FireFox?

 

When you add the tracking number and mark the transaction as shipped, you need to remember to save the changes before you leave the page.
