Latest email from Paypal is (after ten wrong 'uns stretching back days) at least and at last correctly titled.
BUT they now say they 'cannot trace the transaction' ... having previously told me it was from a "guest account".
My Bank found it on their statement easily enough and (totally unlike Paypal) acted very promptly to refund the amount.
Question is "How does a scammer convince the Bank to make a payment in the first place - using a 'Paypal guest account' ? "
Is it too easy?
