I just had the worse experience with PayPal. I still can't believe it. They say they help if the product that you pay is not the one you ordered. Well IT IS NOT TRUE. I bought a LOL dolls big surprise. Paid original price and they sent me a counterfeit. I have all the proof they needed to make a fair decision. They never asked me for proof. However, PayPal, did ask me send the product back to the seller. The item was sent from Ontario but PayPal made me send it to CHINA. They told me that was the only way they could make a decision. I sent so many emails. I tried to call many times and just couple times I could actually talk to a person. I wanted to know more about the shipping because for me it was. It fair to pay more money for those scammers. (Tomtop). They told me the only way is to send the package. I told them the item was open because they were surprise balls and the only way to see the doll was opening it. And then you realize it is a fake doll. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me it did not matter if it is not open. I will get my money once I send the item. I did it last Monday. And today they just said they will not do anything for me. What? So I not only got scammed by tomtop $90, but now PayPal scammed me by $30 more?? They never asked me for pictures, emails back and forth with be seller, they did not ask me anything actually only to ship the item to China. I wanted to submit pictures and the emails and turned out you only can attach 3 documents. I CANT BELIEVE PAYPAL WAS SO UNDIR WITH AN LLD AND LOYAL CLIENT. This is unacceptable.
