Hi, I paid for a order on eBay about two weeks ago and I still not received the item by now even though the seller set the status as shipped but without tracking number. So I want a refund by issuing a request on eBay but somehow my eBay account was suspended, so I can't issue a request on eBay and eBay customer service told me to contact PayPal to issue a refund. eBay gave me the PayPal transaction number about that transation but it cannot be found on my PayPal account, so I cannot issue a dispute about that transaction because I couldn't find it but it does exist!. What should I do now?
