Back in May I used my PayPal credit to purchase something, then today it was refunded. I understand that the money will go back to my PayPal credit, however at this point I have paid down the balance and have a zero balance on my PayPal credit. So where will the money go? Will I have a negative account balance on my PayPal credit?
Hi there, I was going to ask the same question, I bought an item that was bad quality, after 3 days of requests I finally got a refund through PayPal, the seller told me to keep the item rather than return it to China, they refunded, then cancelled the order through eBay. The refund shows on my PayPal but not in my balance. Can anyone advise please?
