I recently just got PayPal and connected PayPal to my mobile. I have confirmed my email address to be able to receive and send funds. However, my friend sent me money and I can't claim it. It is not coming into my account when I claim it, can anyone tell me why? Also, i have received mooney from other people and been able to claim it and it has gone into my account, but, it is not working this time and I would love to know why.
