H i everyone,
I have been on ebay fro 20 days now an dalready had my first problem. Im having an issue with PayPal at the moment. I paid for two items on eBay and was charged twice. A large amount was taken from my account when it shouldnt have! (000's)
I requested one of the sellers refunded me. it shows up in PayPal but thats about it. I cant seem to transfer it to my card or bank account. The other seller hasnt got back to me.
I am really annoyed about this matter, at no fault of my own or the seller. It has made me very wary of PayPal and i am getting very frustrated about using it.
The money from a sale has not been put into my account either but i have paid for other items problem free.
Can anybody please help claim my refund into my account?
