proof of id

Hello there, if i verify my bank account with the method that paypal uses do i still need to upload proof of my address i.e. bank statement, and also upload proof of my identification i.e. passport or drivers license as i dont hold a passport or driving license or any other form of goverment id ?

Depends if paypal have asked for those documents or not.

They haven't but when i go on to the lift limts section and tick all of the boxes to lift limits it askes to upload proof of ID and proof of address.
