I reported unusual activity from my debit card using PayPal as showed up on my statement. I gave a friend permission to order online after first depositing money into my bank account first not knowing where or what they were ordering from. My card now had limitations on it. How can I resolve this without calling PayPal as I learned quickly it is very expensive to do this.
If you have seen a payment processed through PayPal from your debit card, you should report this to your card issuer directly so that they can investigate this on your behalf.
