I tried to purchase the Ladies Chelsea Parka yesterday on a canadian website via pay pal and it declined my payment, I am a UK resident but was purchasing this coat for my Boyfriends sister in Canada so the address it would be going to would be in Quebec. I transfered my funds to my pay pal account and attempted payment yet it declined it and i had been prompted by PayPal to verify whether i had requested to make this payment and i followed the steps yet it still refused to let me buy the coat, do you think this is because the shipping address is different to the billing address? Could you inform me on what the problems could have been?
