Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!
If you want to lift your limitation and you have been asked to provide a Proof of Identity but you do not own one, in general we could accept a birth certificate along with a government issued letter such as something in relation to tax or something from the NHS showing your name and address. The names on the birth certificate and the document have to match completely.
