Change of primary email address

Hello I have just added a new email address and it needs to be my primary one. I have done the confirmation link and when I log back into my account my old email address (which is now defunct and to which I have no access) is staying as the primary and I am not given the option of deleting it or changing the new one to Primary.

i can see this was a problem some time ago on the site. 

I have a dispute going through so it will all be going to the old email address I suspect?!

i might get email messages re this query to my old email account now in answer to my query 😂😂😂

Click on ''update'' next to your new email address > put a tick in the box at the bottom to ''make that one primary''.

 

You can remove the old one then by clicking on remove next to it.

That's not working unfortunately as it is staying 'This email account already exists on your account'

Hi all, are you all still having issue with this? If so can you ensure that your new email address is fully confirmed before trying to make it your primary one.
