PayPal manager hides from customer

I'm still on hold with the manager. 3 hours now. Can you believe that PayPal hires these pathetic people. Is it that hard to type a few letters and fix a problem that you know you **bleep** up. That's why he hides. No wonder eBay got rid of PayPal. Totally unprofessional.

Lack of context, of the situation..your having on phone with PayPal service...could've asked in support forum while your being on hold, instead of complaining and embarrassing yourself...
