How to get paypal account in pakistan?

I am from pakistan, I need to attach PayPal with my website/ online store to receive payments. I am new in field and have just got the website, have no customer etc. Please guide me how to?

Paypal is not available or supported in Pakistan and you can't use another countries registered Paypal account as it would soon be permanently limited.
