I live in Canada. When I use my paypal account to pay for an item that is billed in USD it converts it to CAD even when I try to use my USD Visa card. Why does it do that? I don't want to be charged double exchange rates. Once by Paypal to go from USD to CAD and then again by my credit card going from CAD back to USD. Why can't the charge just be USD to my USD Visa?
