The title clearly reflects my position. I don’t understand how “we sellers” are paying a percentage through the final value fees for shipping and NOW taxes. This appears to be stealing. I also can’t wrap my head around how they are charging taxes against “used” items. Taxes were already paid to the government at the time of original sale. Is there a class action lawsuit against these issues? If yes, please let me know where I need to sign my name. If not, please let this post represent the first steps toward garnering supporters further explanation from eBay and potentially a class action lawsuit.
