Covid 3 month payment holiday

I am following the instructions of applying for a 3 month payment holiday, due to Covid, and you end up going in circles.  Where is the form to complete?

Says to contact customer service:

 

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options such as Message Us or live chat.

It doesn't let you leave any messages regarding covid, it sends you round in circles, to click if you want to apply, then sends you to contact us, you then get a virtual agent who does nothing but sends you back to beginning

I'm having the same problem.  Why does PayPal make it so damn impossible to get the help you need and to get through to a person?  Its extremely frustrating.

Ive jus started the process by sending a message but after 24hours Ive so far only had a Paypal virtual agent response, Im intrigued to know what other peoples experiences are with contacting PayPal at the moment
