This is a query about who I would contact at PayPal to notify of a role-play game server provider (Grand Theft Auto: World) who is knowingly facilitating access and participation by underaged players to simulated rape, sexual roleplay with adults, pornographic material, abuse and violence against LGBTQI people, sexual servitude and sexual slavery, and promotion of white supremacist and Nazi material. I have evidence all of this, plus the server owner's stated unwillingness to implement age verification despite multiple attempts by players to urge him to implement it.
His server lost their PayPal payment capacity a month or so ago, but he's just moved it to a third party points purchase provider so that he can continue to utilize PayPal to fund the server.
I can also provide information about who that third party provider is if required.
