I posted a vehicle I am trying to sell on craigslist. A potential buyer says that she is out of town but wants to purchase the vehicle as a surprise gift for her father. She wants to pay me through PayPal then have a delivery agent come and pick it up from me after the payment has gone through.
I'm suspicious, but a friend who uses PayPal often says that as long as the payment is put all the way through to my bank account, I should be safe. What do you think?
