In addition to being insecure, this feature is incredibly inconvenient for people like me who live in rural areas where we sometimes have wifi access, but not cell phone service (or vice versa). I go to log in on my wifi, but then my cell phone never receives the code because I don't have service. I have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest town and go to a library to get both wifi and cell phone service at the same time. This feature has made PayPal more or less unusable to me. Should I sell a vehicle through PayPal?

I posted a vehicle I am trying to sell on craigslist. A potential buyer says that she is out of town but wants to purchase the vehicle as a surprise gift for her father. She wants to pay me through PayPal then have a delivery agent come and pick it up from me after the payment has gone through.   I'm suspicious, but a friend who uses PayPal often says that as long as the payment is put all the way through to my bank account, I should be safe.
