I have dealt with two people from another country (I'm in the United States) who are trying to buy an Apple iPhone 4 that I am selling. The first one got a refund for his shipping was to low (my fualt). But both the first guy, and the current buyer, both had the same reasons for not paying right away. They both said something like either "I'm having trouble getting money from my bank account to paypal", or "I pay in a few days or so". They both didn't pay right away and had to wait a while. Now I'm selling this product for $600 USD and I don't want to get scammed here. I was wondering if there is a known scam process that works like this. Buyers that are from another country and take a while to pay. I don't see how I would get scammed if they did pay me but I just want to make sure this is not a common thing. Thank you.
