MODERATOR HELP PLEASE

I disputed my unauthorized claim and I was denied.. I was scammed $65.00 and now he's just getting away with it because I simply sent as a gift.

 

PLEASE, I heard moderators could help out with recovering scammed money I really need someone's help.
