On Jan 12, eBay seller cancelled a transaction and issued the refund. But part of this transaction I paid with ebay bucks and other with credit card. I already received the money back in my credit card, but the other part, seller issued a 'Voucher Refund", how does that work? where's my money? I don't see any credit or coupon in my accout! please advice. Thank you
