I am new to paypal... So I bought a game on impulse last night. Later I researched the seller and discovered he has been selling games for a long time and not delivering them, also making up lies about age, place of business, and name. The are two sites (amazon and thetechgame site) that confirm this. I emailed the seller and no response, and I also emailed paypal and no response yet. I would just like to get my money back asap while its still early, but it says my payment is alread complete. What shoud I do to reverse this whole problem?

Welcome to the boards!
I'm sorry to hear about these concerns. If the seller is still up and running, he must be delivering on the vast majority of his orders - otherwise, PayPal would have shut him down long ago. You might give him some time to be on the safe side (never know, you might still get the game), but if you do want to proceed, you can file a dispute for Non-Receipt.
To do this, view the details of the transaction. Click on "Report a Problem" and follow the prompts from there to open a dispute for Non-Receipt. Just make certain to escalate it within 20 days to a claim so that PayPal can request a tracking number from the seller and move the process along. If it's not escalated, we have to consider it amicably resolved and can't take any more action.
Thanks!
Adrian

It has been well over a week and still no response. PayPal sent me a message that they sent the seller a message giving him 10 days to responed, and that things should be resolved by then. The seller is not responding to me so why would he responed to PayPal? That makes no sense. I think my money is lost...

cancer91-2009,
If you've filed the claim, and the seller doesn't respond at all, then you win by default and your refund is guaranteed. It sounds like at this point it'd be best to see if he does respond - if he doesn't, all is well!
Thanks!
