Don't do it. Send the emails to spoof@paypal.com and contact Paypal. I almost got scammed the same way.

Right away when I got one of these my red flags went up... I created a fake email and directed the phishers there. I also told them that my fake e-mail was my paypal email.... now I know that the paypal emails im getting in my fake account are indeed as fake as my email. (if your going to mess with these people....use fake emails and names)... I then directed them to use my checkout button (created in "merchant services") which, if you make the button right and you can get them to use it, will get you your money. (make sure to uncheck all the shipping options and billing info for the "buyer"...) Paypal can be used for donations, gifts, sales,etc..... Paypal cant hold your funds without a reason....dont give them one.....
best advise is to not mess with these people, but if you decide to: make sure you have your bases covered

"Paypal can't hold your funds without a reason"
They can and do, often in violation of their own posted rules and procedures.
