I am wondering how to notify PayPal about a textbook which was sent back to me. I had originally sold the item on Ebay, and then the buyer opened a dispute, saying that the item arrived late and had been water-damaged. I asked PayPal to refund the buyer if the item was sent back to me. When I recieved a package in the mail from the buyer, the textbook was completely different fromt he one I had sold the buyer.
How do I open a dispute and notify PayPal about this problem?
