Hi All,
As a seller, I am extremely frustrated as I sell many items as PDF downloads. It's very easy for the buyer to file a dispute and receive a full refund after they have received the item. Now the buyer has the item he ordered and a full refund .. how nice. I have no recourse because the buyer did not pay shipping costs and the only way to prove shipment is to actaully ship using service with tracking. That's usually the cost of the item the buyer purchased .. I lose again.
I hope PayPal gets with the 2010 and incorporate some sort of system for email tracking. I can provide a YouSendIt shipping confirmation that would confirm the PDF was emailed.
Please help .. I get burned all the time.
Thanks!!!

Well, I agree with you but I wouldn't hold your breath.
Paypal's solution is to not offer any coverage for virtual items, as you've found out.
LOTS of people are mad about that. TONS, in fact.
