On 7-9-10 I bought a TV on Ebay. I paid through PayPal. Contacted the seller 7-16-10 On whether he shipped the tv. He responded back with not knowing when PayPal will be done reviewing his account and not having any money to ship the tvs. He is offering a refund or will have to wait until PayPal gets done. PayPal is holding all the money. My question is how long do reviews take? If I I ask to have the money refunded how long would this take?
