The full message for the open claim is "This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation."
What do I need to do?
Are the labels I printed still okay to use?

Hi kerprunk, and welcome to the forums!
The most likely scenario I can think of here is that the system wasn't sure if you were in control of your account when the labels were printed. Was there a limitation on your account recently that asked you to verify information to regain access? Usually the payments are released when the limitation is resolved, but there may have been a delay for review. If the limitation has been resolved and the payments are still held, give Customer Solutions a call or email and they can get those payments released for you.
You can reach Customer Solutions by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
