I printed a shipping label for an item I sold on ebay. Before I took it to the post office, I received a notice that the listing had been cancelled for suspected fraudulent use of buyer's account.
The ebay and paypal system would not allow me to void the shipping label no matter which avenue I tried.
Now the transaction has been reversed in paypal and money refunded to buyer's account.
How do I get my money back for unused shipping label now?

If you shipped using PayPal, there is a Void Label link in the Transaction Details page under Shipment Information. Hope this helps!

I tried voiding the label on every transaction page. I always get a message saying it can not be completed. I have sent email direct to Paypal. Any ideas appreciated.

Finally got eBay on the phone. In this situation, you have to call them. They have to do it manually. Now we know.
