how do i get my money back from an e-bayer who sold me a fake odyssey putter eventho i purchased it via paypal in dec 2009 but didn't realize it was a fake until june when i sent it in to odyssey for repairs?

Well, you've left it too long for ebay/paypal to help, so they're out of the picture.

If you used a credit card to pay for the item, file a chargeback by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.

Otherwise, you're pooched.
