I don't know what fees I'm facing in this case

I don't know if this is a stupid fee or some kind of a mistake. I did a calculation on the total amount of money spent on paypal, compared to the total amount of money transfered from my bank account to my paypal. There is a $14.52 difference. Paypal seems to have taken more than they were suppose to. I'm aware of the 1.9%  seller's/buyer's fee. Why is there a $14.52 difference?

well it matters on how much fee is taken out at the point of when the money was received in the account. If its at 2.9 or 1.9% check that first.
