Fee Schedule

Is there a fee schedule somewhere which defines all the fees to be charged?

I just opened an account and I was reading in the watercooler area and now I am thinking I don't want this account

because so many people commented on the surprise of unknown fees. I actually didn't know PayPal was going to charge me a fee to use it either. SO  where is the schedule of fees?
