help opened wrong reason for dispute

When opening a dispute for a refund, I hit unauthourised payment.
Tried to phone paypal.... after nearly a hour decided to email.
Give the details......and got an automated response.
Which was not helpful.
could you please help me out....with an actual person.

You are only allowed to open x1 dispute per transaction. By opening an unauthorised transaction you are telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent, if that is not true then the dispute would close.
You can't open another one, your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will open a dispute for you for non receipt or not as described but they 'may' say no as you have already opened a dispute, worth a shot though.
Advice is voluntary.

I did try to phone right away.....but was put on hold for nearly an hour.
Instead of the 6 to 8 minutes wait time, the automated voice told me.
