dispute resolved but sellers account closed. = wtf

Hi Guys,

I placed a dispute the other day and have now resolved the problem wth the seller. but paypal have now closed the sellers account.

any idea's how the seller can get thier account back and more importantly the money in it?

or do paypal usually close accounts and not allow people to access thier own money? is this type of action par for the course round here?

Google is bringing up lots of useful information. seeing as I'm not getting any response from Paypal.
