i had the same issue and paypal has been lacking in follow ups which is really frustruating.
I had to send text message but no reply and I had to finally call in this morning and speak to someone to get their attention and escalate the case.
Paypal rep told me it would be resolved by this afternoon.
this is very unlike paypal. holding and limiting my account over $ 14 for friend's lunch pay back.
and it's been 20 days since they held this money. paypal needs to get on the balls and start rolling.
i'm cancelling the account after this fiasco is over.
no reason and benefit to using paypal anymore.
