Hi there,
Over last few months there are more and more scams/fraud involving PayPal 45 days claim policy.
The sellers from China offer various goods at good discounted price but in exchange for unbelivable long delivery time which making opening dispute impossible!!!
I just lost £39.50 buying two lots of items. Never received them. Resolution centre states 45 days passed, seller not answering at all and I'm courious how the **bleep** they managed to gather 40k feedbacks? and they are still in business?
Clearly PayPal value such fraudelent seller more than us honest buyers - simply by making loads of money from their fees 😞
is ther any way to recover my money back please?
cheers

What you do is if an item has not arrived ALWAYS open a dispute on day 44 > then you have another 20 days before you have to escalate to a claim = 64 days > then paypal give the seller a minimum of another 10 days before the claim is decided in your favour if the item has not arrived = 74 days.
Even then IF the item arrives AFTER you have been refunded you can always get the seller to send you an invoice and pay them back again.
All you have to do is keep in mind to open the dispute by day 45.
As you didn't all I can advise is IF you funded your paypal payment with a debit or credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
Always try and use a card especially for international transactions as you have not got the back up of UK selling rules for sellers.
good luck.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
