I opened a case because I received counterfeit product. PayPal told me to return which I did, sent the tracking info and PayPal issued the refund. Case closed.
Now, I got an email saying PayPal are reviewing info about the case, again!? I'm guessing the seller appealed to the decision.
I've received my money back and it's in process to be returned back to my bank. I have the option to close this 'reopened case' Can I do that without my refund being reversed? My balance is not in negative or anything. PayPal are not holding my money or refund.
