So I tried to close my Paypal account and were told I cannot close it due to an open case within eBay, however according to eBay there is no open dispute, how do I sort this one! I have spent hours on the phone to both companies and neither accept the others replies, I have offered to send emails from eBay to Paypal but no, they want eBay to call them which eBay cant or won't do. on both my eBay and Paypal accounts there are no open cases, the transaction in question says completed on both systems. HELP PLEASE.
