SHIPPING SCAM ON EBAY (PITNEY BOWES)

Hey, im so fusterated about this, So i bought a controller for 100 USD, shipping was about 20 USD and it was from america to australia, so i payed as usual, paying arround 133 AUD and then finding out some scamming pig charged me ANOTHER 32 AUD, HIDDEN CHARGES THAT WERENT WRITTEN ON THE PAYPAL RECEIPT, NOR EMAILED PURCHASE, THIS IS NOT LEGAL AND I WANT A REFUND, AT FIRST I THOUGHT THAT SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY PAYPAL AS IT DOES NOT SAY WHAT IT IS THAT I PAID FOR AS I DIDNT GET A MAIL, FIRST OF ALL, HOW IS IT LEGAL TO PAY SHIPPING TWICE? UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT AND I WANT HE REFUND, AND I BET PAYPAL IS IN ON THIS TOO, AS THERE ARE SOME CASES SINCE 2013 AND STILL NOT SOLVED, I HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK TOMORROW THAT WILL RUIN MY APPOINTMENT AS I WANT TO AVOID THE CHARGE OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH MONEY ON ACCOUNT TO PAY.

I REQUIRE A REFUND OF THIS SCAM, THERE WERE NON IMPORT CHARGES ON PAYMENT, OR I WILL GO TO COURT WITH THIS LATER ON AS THIS IS NOT LEGAL TO JUST TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

and they did this to me illegally as stated in their "rights": Program Fees. The pricing that is displayed to you at checkout is inclusive of all shipping and import charges associated with the Services ("Program Fees"). More information about Program Fees may be found here.

THEY DID NOT LIST THE CHARGES. WHAT THEY DID WAS AND IS ILLEGAL UNDER THEIR POLICY.

I REQUEST A FULL REFUND AS I AM ELLIGIBLE FOR ONE.

I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT PAYPAL AND EBAY ARE MAKING A NICE CUT OF MONEY FROM PITNEY BOWES AVG REVENUE OF 3 BILLION A YEAR. THATS WHY MOST CASES ARE REJECTED AS PAYPAL AND EBAY IS IN ON THIS SEMI LEGAL BS. THATS WHY PROBRABLY MINE WILL GET REJECTED TOO, AS THEY ARE SCORING ON THIS. WHO EVER MADE THIS COMPANY ( PITNEY BOWES), ARE GOING TO H E L L .

If it was an international sale then that has nothing to do with the seller.

PB charge you the customs charges to import your item into the country instead of the postie knocking on the door to collect it.
