My account is showing a flag for an unresolved dispute in the resolution center I dont know what this is, so went into the Resolution Center and clicked on it to see if I could resolve or clear it, it shows up as empty but will not clear I have tried contacting Paypal but they won't answer a question unless it has a reference number but this does'nt have one so I'm at a stalemate ?
I'm sorry to hear what has happened with a case showing in your Resolution Centre.
If you are unable to see the case through your Resolution Centre on PayPal, it sounds to me as though the case could have been opened on eBay. Can you try checking your Resolution Centre on eBay to see if there are any open cases showing there?
