Trying to open a case but it isn't appearing in Resolution Centre

I have tried to open a case several times but when I go to track it in the Resolution Centre it isn't there. It tells me I have already opened a case against them and to go to Resolution Centre to follow it but there's nothing there. It's driving me mad!

Finding the same problem,I presume it's all connected to heavy traffic regarding Monarch refunds.
