Someone stole my money

Hey guys. So, I've got an email from paypal saying that I've added a credit card to my account, which I haven't. So naturally I've went to my account and I saw that someone withdrawed all my money to that credit card. I can't cancel the transaction. When I try to open a dispute, I choose that transaction and paypal asks me about the transaction ID, which I enter and then I get an error: The following Transaction IDs are not valid. As you can see on the screenshots below, I did enter the valid transaction ID. So I can't do anything.
