Mobile phone dispute

 I sold an iphone in May 2015 and the buyer has now come back with a claim in October saying there is something wrong with the phone and has filed a claim with Paypal and won!!!!!!! Surely the ediots maling these rulings aren't sane.

A buyer has up to 6 months to file a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

This puts it in line with the credit cards who also offer that timescale.

For second had Items that worked perfectly for 4 months???

Id never dream of trying to claim back money on a secondhand item that I had and used for this time.
